About Us

Hollywood Community Housing Corporation (HCHC) is a non-profit, community based organization established in 1989 to help combat the severe shortage of affordable housing for low income families, seniors, the disabled and people living with HIV/AIDS in Los Angeles.

In addition to developing over 2,200 units of affordable housing, HCHC provides our residents with supportive services, which help residents with preserving their housing, help increase social interaction, minimize evictions and help make property management more sensitive to resident needs.
