To promote health through the delivery of high quality, affordable preventive health services for everyone in the community with inclusiveness, respect and compassion

Since 1971, Community Health Services has provided affordable preventive health care to residents of the Roaring Fork Valley, from Aspen to Parachute. We are a nonprofit safety-net clinic and a Title X family planning provider funded through the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment (CDPHE). We serve many uninsured and Spanish-speaking patients and offer a sliding fee scale so no one is turned away for inability to pay. Our services include women’s health and family planning, breast and cervical cancer screening, prenatal care, immunizations, STI testing and treatment, and oral health.
