Since 1994, Rising Sun has evolved from a modest renewable energy education center into a leading green workforce development and retrofit services non-profit organization. Headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, Rising Sun has become a national leader in curriculum, training and workforce development in the energy efficiency sector and has served communities in Northern California with energy and water efficiency programs for well over a decade. We continue to cooperate with long-term partners in local and state governments -- as well as corporate and other non-profit organizations -- to grow and expand the programs and services that we can bring to our local communities and the nation.
