  • About Us

    185 for Heroes is an annual endurance event in which a team of two athletes run from Cumberland Maryland to Washington D.C., a total of 185 miles, over the course of seven days in order to raise awareness and funds for wounded veterans. Each day of the run is dedicated to a wounded veteran and the final day is a culmination of honoring all of the wounded veterans at the finish line, which is located at Georgetown University’s Copley Lawn.
