Learning Development Center

The Learning Development Center has served the Winter Park, FL community for over 2 generations, and many of the past alumni have enrolled their own children into L.D.C.'s care. The primary focus of L.D.C. is to provide a nurturing, clean and safe environment that inspires the learning process. Our well rounded curriculum encourages children to develop their skills in an age-appropriate setting and classroom. Our dedicated teachers and staff are committed to easing the transition away from home and into a comfortable setting with planned learning activities that include pre-literacy/reading, pre-math/math, arts and crafts, games, music. Additional activities include an extensive arts and crafts program, summer camp, nature walks, field trips and outdoor play/exercise activities. We also provide snacks and warm nutritious meals for lunch. For children ages 0 - 12, we offer Daycare, Pre-School, Pre-K, Before and After School Care and Summer Camp. L.D.C. holds memberships with the TALLAHASSEE FAMILY CHILDCARE ASSOCIATION, FLORIDA CHILDCARE ASSOCIATION and the NATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF CHILDCARE. We are a state licensed facility.
