H.O.P.E. Inc. strives to increase the health outcomes in homeless and low-income communities in Wicomico, Somerset and Worcester counties in Maryland.

We are caring volunteers that are dedicated to assisting homeless and low-income clients with access to health care, basic needs and we assist with the winter emergency shelter program. We work with clients to develop a connection to the overall community and the resources that it offers. We want to create a healthier and more positive community.
