About Us
Women on Farms Project (WFP) is a feminist rural development organization located in Stellenbosch, outside Cape Town, South Africa. WFP strives to strengthen the capacity of women who live and work on commercial farms to claim their rights and fulfil their livelihood needs. We do this through socioeconomic rights-based and gender education, advocacy and lobbying, human rights case work, and support for the building of social movements of farm women.
