  • Mission

    Costa Mesa High School Band Boosters is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting more than 300 students in the Instrumental Music programs at Costa Mesa Middle School and High School. The Boosters work under the direction of the Instrumental Music Director at Costa Mesa High School to provide support for the programs which include: marching band, color guard, advanced band, beginning band, intermediate band, winter guard, drumline, small ensembles, and jazz bands.

    About Us

    Costa Mesa High School Band Boosters is an all-volunteer 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization supporting more than 400 students in the Instrumental Music program at Costa Mesa High School. The Boosters work with the Director of Instrumental Music at Costa Mesa High School to provide the following support:

    • Pay for coaches and clinics for individualized instruction to students on a variety of percussion, string, brass, and woodwind instruments.
    • Purchase new musical instruments, audio equipment, and student uniforms.
    • Repair instruments and equipment.
    • Organize student concerts and events.
    • Support and manage festivals and competitions.
    • Facilitate the efforts of parent volunteers to support program needs.
    • Provide labor or funding for needs identified by the CMHS Director of Instrumental Music to maintain the high quality of the program.
