Laughlin Memorial Chapel

Laughlin Memorial Chapel cares for and empowers young people and their families do community collaborations in the Wheeling area. opened as a Center for children and families in 1946, Laughlin currently serves at-risk children and teenagers through after school and summer programming. nutritious meals and snacks, as well as transportation to and from programming, are critical to Chapel's mission.

Students receive homework assistance, fine arts exposure, physical fitness instruction, field trips, and other activities as part of the weekly programming. Mentors and volunteers serve the students in an engaging manner, establishing caring relationships.
