Our nonprofit organization recruits bone marrow donors using swabbing drives for Be The Match's national registry so blood cancer patients in need of transplants can get matched to a transplant donor. In addition, we also fundraise and donate proceeds to Be The Match so patients can afford transplants and treatments. Every four minutes someone is diagnosed with a life threatening blood disease like leukemia, lymphoma, or sickle cell anemia. For many, the only chance for a cure is a marrow transplant from someone outside their family. We also raise awareness and funds through fundraiser efforts. Every dollar to Be The Match helps more patients afford transplant, adds potential marrow donors to the Be The Match Registry and funds their life-saving research.
