  • Mission

Our mission is to work with community leaders in Des Moines Iowa, USA, and community and traditional leaders in the West Africa sub-region to transform gendered norms, and practices that are forms of discrimination; which impede the human rights of individuals, primarily women and girls. Those issues arise from gender inequality and discriminatory values, which lead to unequal power relations in communities and societies that lead to violence against women and girls
