    About Us

    The Sentara Rehabilitation and Care Residence is designed to feel more like home. We are proud to be one of a select few senior communities in Virginia to feature the innovative household model of care. Our specially designed community promotes the development of vibrant, family-like relationships as well as independence for our residents. This new model of care features 120 private rooms, of which 40 rooms are dedicated to short-term rehabilitation in the Great Bridge Pavilion, that also provides personalized care and 24/7 dining.
