Sisters of Charity Foundation of Cleveland

The Sisters of Charity Foundation of Cleveland is a grantmaking foundation and a ministry of the Sisters of Charity Health System. The foundation works to end poverty in the region by sustain the work of Catholic women religious, ending homelessness, and helping transform Cleveland’s Central Neighborhood into a community with good schools and supports, and healthy, active residents. The foundation is the lead convener of the Central Promise Neighborhood initiative, which includes residents, organizations and agencies, as well as large public systems including the Cleveland Metropolitan School District, working to improve the educational opportunities for students in Central.
