About Us
The US Foundation of the University of the Valley of Guatemala (USFUVG) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is to support the University of the Valley of Guatemala (UVG), a private, not-for-profit university. UVG has three campuses in Guatemala and is dedicated to educating all qualified students, including those from historically marginalized communities in Guatemala. USFUVG’s objectives include raising public and private funding for scholarships and UVG facilities, as well as building our foundation’s endowment (current value $5 million) to increase the number of scholarships it can fund.
