    Open Hand Ministries, Inc. (OHM) is a 501(c)(3) organization that serves the East End of Pittsburgh through the promotion of social justice by building a diverse community focused on financial wellness, equity creation and homeownership. Founded in 2007, the organization’s main areas of focus are family development, including the adoption of a Circles® program to help families achieve goals, and the rehabilitation of houses within the community which become homes for qualified local families. 

    OHM concentrates on family financial development and the rehabilitation of homes in order to create financial wealth for these families. The organization has adopted the Circles® program to help underserved families achieve their financial goal and possibly become homeowners.
