About Us
Silver Sky Assisted Living is a 90-unit community for income-qualified seniors aged 55 and older who want or need a little extra help with their daily activities. The two communities are managed by Nevada HAND Senior Living, which is a board controlled affiliate of Nevada HAND, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing housing that is affordable to working families and seniors. Nevada HAND operates 32 apartment communities throughout the Las Vegas metropolitan area, including Silver Sky and Silver Sky at Deer Springs, the only affordable assisted living communities in the state of Nevada.
When our residents need a little extra help, we can assist with the activities of daily living. These services are provided in the privacy and comfort of our residents’ own apartment home without necessitating a need to move.
