Mission
Our mission is to provide compassionate, high-quality full spectrum healthcare to individuals experiencing homelessness, directly on the streets where they live. We strive to bridge the gap between vulnerable populations and essential medical services, fostering health equity and human dignity in our community.
About Us
Our organization has been providing critical healthcare services to homeless and underserved populations in Southern California since founded in 2022 by a group of dedicated healthcare professionals. Our team consists of licensed physicians, nurses, and trained volunteers, all committed to bringing quality healthcare directly to those who need it most.
We primarily serve:
- Individuals experiencing homelessness
- Low-income and uninsured individuals
- Individuals with substance use disorders
- Individuals with mental health challenges
- Undocumented immigrants, refugees, asylum seekers
- LGBTQ+ individuals facing housing insecurity
