    The Office of Transformational Learning serves as a strategic partner with Robert H. Smith faculty and leadership to enhance the quality of instruction and create innovative learning opportunities for our students. At our core, we create courses and curricula that challenge students to assess complex business problems and deliver innovative solutions.

    We partner with large and small firms, as well as non-profits to co-create experiential learning opportunities for students. We support the Smith school's premier faculty in designing next-generation courses and curricula. We also facilitate the school's assurance of learning efforts, oversee a robust and rigorous internship program, and teach a series of management consulting courses.
