Rutherford Downtown Partnership

The Rutherford Downtown Partnership is a non-profit special improvement district located in Bergen County, New Jersey USA. As a partnership of local landlords and businesses, the Rutherford Downtown Partnership leads the continued development of an attractive commercial district by: maximizing the rental of commercial space; marketing the downtown to show the public that Rutherford's downtown is a preferred place to do business; and working with landlords, businesses and the town to encourage the improvement of facades, signs, awnings, and the general streetscape appearance.
