If you’ve been to Yankee or Citifield, you’ve probably met our members. Madison Square Garden? That too. The 21 Club? Gallaghers? Giants Stadium? Our members make these the kind of places that people visit again and again.

Local 100 members do the work that fuels one of New York’s major industries–hospitality and food service.

We represent over 12,000 service workers in cafeterias, restaurants, bars, delis, airports, and sports and exhibition arenas throughout New York City, Long Island and Northern New Jersey. We also represent workers in country clubs and hotels in Westchester.

Through our affiliation with UNITE HERE!, Local 100 draws on the support of more than 250,000 active members in the United States and Canada. Our members come from numerous different countries and speak more than 20 languages. We bring experience and strength from all over the world.
