About Us
Everybody Wins! Vermont, a statewide literacy mentoring organization, helps to give every Vermont child a chance at a good life by matching Vermont children with caring, safe adult reading mentors who come to school to read with children over lunch one day a week. Many mentor pairs read together for years, enjoying books, conversation, and laughter along the way. In 23 Vermont schools so far, Everybody Wins! Vermont improves children's literacy and love of learning, creates relationships that many mentors say are the highlight of their week, and connects volunteers to their local schools.
