ALAYA Ministries

A.L.A.Y.A Ministries, or Activating Leadership to Accomplish Your Ambitions, is a non-profit organization established and registered as a 501(c)(3) in Houston, TX in 2009. This vision became a reality with the establishment of A.L.A.Y.A Ministries, which is dedicated to helping struggling individuals identify the leader within them and reach their full potential.

A.L.A.Y.A has served over 150 individuals through our Leadership workshops. The Leadership workshop helps individuals identify their inner leadership potential. To understand the direction of one’s life, one must first have the confidence in themselves to know that they are a leader and not allow the words that people might have tried to place on them to define them. A.L.A.Y.A understands the importance of community outreach; therefore, since its conception, we have provided over 2000 students with back-to-school supplies, as we understand the importance of sending students to school with supplies on the first day. 

We offer programs and services to meet the needs of those we serve. These programs and services include:

●     The Financial Literacy Program

●     H.E.L.P Outreach (hand-in encouraging to lift people)

●     G.O.O.D GIRLS Mentoring Program (go over obstacles daily).

●     W.O.J (Women of Jewels)

Our organization is unique from others in our ability to focus on the needs of everyone, including men, women, and children. We have programs that cover all, not just one specific gender or race. This allows us to play an even more vital role in our community.
