Innovative Housing, Inc. (IHI)

IHI's mission is to efficiently and economically develop, preserve, and operate high-quality, affordable housing for low- and moderate-income households and to help our residents maintain their housing stability, improve their quality of life, and access opportunities to break the cycle of poverty.

Innovative Housing, Inc. (IHI) was founded in 1984 to provide high-quality, affordable housing for low-income individuals and families. Since then, IHI has developed 12 multifamily housing projects and three condominium projects and created 840 affordable rental units and 93 homeownership units for low-moderate income and first time homebuyers. IHI owns and operates the rental units, which house low and very-low income families and individuals, seniors, people with disabilities, formerly homeless people, and households escaping domestic violence. We complement our housing with a robust Resident Services Program designed to help residents stay stable in housing, meet basic needs and access opportunities that increase household stability.
