    We are breaking boundaries and building Black Female futures by pioneering a transformative model: integrating financial, academic, and psychosocial support to empower Black women in STEM for academic and career success.

    About Us

    We uniquely address the pipeline and pathway problem for Black women in STEM. We help Black college women breaking into tech share, learn, and get hired.

    • Nearly 50% of Black women drop out of STEM majors by sophomore year.
    • Black women constitute only 2 percent of STEM jobs.
    We prepare them with the technical skill set, inclusive leadership skills, and cultural competency to meet the demands of the emergent workforce. From Nairobi, Kenya to Atlanta, GA we are building a community that the world has never seen.
    1. Built a community of 9,000 Black college women
    2. Representation from 33 countries globally 33 Colleges/Universities.
    3. Achieved 100% STEM degree attainment vs 34% national average STEM degree attainment
    4. Supported young Black women with $75k+ in scholarships to complete certifications
    5. Secured jobs for our fellows at Google, Goldman Sachs, Coursera, Bank of America, BCG, etc
