The mission of The Grow Group is to provide training and meaningful employment opportunities for people from underserved populations while supporting the employers who hire them

Founded in 2010, The Grow Group helps people with disabilities in Tampa Bay build stronger futures through employment. We provide job training and career placement services to support long-term success. Our team is committed to helping every person reach their full potential. Since launching, we’ve placed over 3,000 individuals in meaningful jobs. In addition, we’ve provided training to more than 10,000 people across the region.
