Federation EIL

Federation EIL (FEIL) is a worldwide network of international exchange organizations that share a common mission, vision and educational goals. FEIL member programs are distinguished by their core values and guiding principles which include a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of participants and endorsement of the principles of diversity, inclusivity, and sustainability. The mission of Federation EIL is to facilitate its member organizations in the lifelong involvement of individuals in intercultural learning experiences through homestays, group travel, study abroad, language training, community volunteering, work exchange and other cultural immersion programs. With more than eight decades of international leadership in cultural exchange, FEIL is a network comprised of active and highly experienced practitioners with a long history of success and recognition.
