Mentorship: mentors provide emotional support as well as a needs assessment for identifying other services.
Wellness Programs: physical therapy, mindful movement, yoga, meditation, and other therapies that help the person as a whole.
Life Skills: assistance with navigating housing options and government benefits, resume building, continuing education, and managing finances.
