About Us

Since 2006, HILC has been helping area residents with their community living and independent living needs through guidance and support of doctor ordered health related programs and equipment needs that are funded mostly by Medicaid. We believe that individuals have the right to make choices, changes and to be in control of their own life. Over 500 people with disabilities turn to Heartland for help each year. HILC is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit and non-residential organization.
