As a non-profit specializing in Educational and Workforce development, ACCORD promotes industry-specific skill development and job training in collaboration with unions and private/public organizations leading to successful job placements. ACCORD implements its vision by working with City, State and Federal agencies, Unions, as well as private corporations to provide youth, adults, and veterans with training and job placement opportunities. Our highly-qualified staff work with each program participant to ensure successful progression through the program and individualized career placements.
