    • Mission

    To provide high quality free income tax assistance and tax form preparation to low- and middle- income taxpayers, with special attention to those age 60 and older.

    About Us

    We have prepared and filed over 1200 returns for each of the last three years. We are members of AARP Tax Aide although counselors do not have to be members of AARP. All tax law and software training, tax publications, and background checks are provided free of charge. Counselors are asked to work one or two days a week in four hour sessions from February 1 to April 15.

    AARP Tax-Aide is administered through the AARP Foundation in cooperation with the Internal Revenue Service. The AARP Foundation is an affiliated, 501(c ) (3) nonpartisan charitable organization, established in 1961.
