Maaka Orphans and Widows Associations Uganda

Maaka orphans and widows Associations Uganda is a community based organization operating in the rural communities of Eastern Uganda in Mbale District,the organization is one of the very few of it's kind focusing on the widows/women, orphans,girl child,the elderly and youth empowerment initiatives,hence we serve to ensure that we attain desire societies where all the above empowered groups and other marginalized groups can be able to communicate their ideas,exhibit their potentials and take on action to change their wellbeing and welfare of communities.

Child education support.

Elderly support.

Food basket initiative.

Youth and widows empowerment program.

We are pleased to announce that currently we have well established 25 women empowerment group,and a book project that supports 73 orphans and vulnerable children.
