    Founded in 1911, Telluride Association ("TA") is a nonprofit organization that creates and fosters educational communities where young people practice leadership and service through democratic self-governance and intellectual inquiry.TA operates two living community for university students, the Michigan Branch of the Telluride Association ("MBTA") in Ann Arbor, MI and the Cornell Branch of the Telluride Association ("CBTA") in Ithaca, NY. The Telluride Association also runs summer programs for high school students, the Telluride Association Summer Program ("TASP") and the Telluride Association Sophomore Seminar ("TASS").
