    The ANDC (Academie Nationale Diplomatique et Consulaire) is a private university which was founded in 1988 by Ambassador Myrtho Bonhomme a former Consul General in Ottawa and a ICAO's (International Civil Aviation Organization for the United Nations) Permanent Haitian Representative. When the university began, ANDC had 30 enrolled students, but currently has 250 students. It's training is centered on teaching diplomacy through economic and political science. Academie Nationale Diplomatique et Consulaire mission is to educate and form young leaders in the area of Public Administration and International Relations.
