The mission of Dress for Success is to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
Dress for Success San Jose is a non profit organization that addresses and fulfills the needs of low income women who are entering or re-entering the workforce.
Dress for Success San Jose responds to the needs of our communities by providing programs that help economically disadvantaged women acquire jobs, retain their new positions and succeed in the mainstream workplace.
Dress for Success San Jose serves clients by referral only through our partner program network. In order to receive services from Dress for Success San Jose a referral from our established partner programs is needed.
