About Us
The San Luis Obispo County Housing Trust Fund (HTF) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporation that provides financing, technical assistance and advocacy to increase the supply of affordable housing in San Luis Obispo County, California. We finance housing projects that primarily serve those who earn less than 80% of the area median income, including those with special needs. We finance group homes as well as apartment building and single family subdivisions.
