About Us
The Pleasantville Presbyterian Church is a congregation that is young, older and in- between. We come from a variety of countries and church backgrounds. We are diverse, welcoming and we always have a lot going on. We have a Nursery School, Sunday School, Adult Education and Junior and Senior High Youth Groups. There are two women's Bible Study groups and a monthly men's breakfast. There is Hearts and Hands, a weekly sewing/knitting group that donates blankets and hats to various charities. There is an adult choir, a children's choir and a bell choir. We participate in the Midnight Run, we run a supplemental food program, go to Appalachia once a year with adults and youth to help make homes safer, warmer and drier. We have taken mission trips to Florida, India and Costa Rica. Oh, and we like to eat so there are plenty of opportunities for fellowship.
