Jimma University

The College of Law and Governance is a new college at Jimma University dedicated to developing itself as one of the finest colleges of law, governance, political science and international relations, and development studies in Africa. We are on am ambitious plan improve the quality of our undergraduate and post graduate education, develop a more vibrant campus community, and to raise our international profile. We aim to do this by working towards global accreditation, creating institutional linkages with foreign universities and academicians, recruiting foreign Guest Lecturers to join our team, and increasing on campus activities for our faculty and student body.
