    Our mission is to provide nutritious meals, wellness checks, and caring contact to elderly, disabled homebound, and others in Tulsa and surrounding areas.

    About Us

    We are the oldest and largest home-delivered meal program in Oklahoma. MOWMT delivers hot and frozen meals to homebound individuals Monday - Friday using volunteers, from 11 AM to 1 PM. We also fight the triple threats of ageing (social isolation/loneliness, loss of independence, and lack of nutrition/outright hunger), by providing additional caring contact through our other programs: PAWS pet food delivery, Home Safety, and Wellness Calls. Together, We Can Deliver!
