  • Mission

ORACLE Religious Association’s mission is to bring the Gospel of Jesus Christ to a wounded world by providing experiences to adults and youth that will enable them to come into a deeper sense of their self-worth and become change agents in society.

    About Us

ORACLE Religious Association (ORA), based in Washington, DC, was founded in 1992. ORACLE is a non-profit, Christian, charitable organization with a 501(c)(3) and 509(a)(1) status. It was envisioned by its founder, Dr. Oralisa Martin that this organization would exist for the purpose of providing new opportunities and life changing experiences for both adults and youth. Its primary purpose is ministry within Christ’s Church and the larger community. ORACLE identifies the pressing needs of people both personally and collectively, creates and executes programs to address those needs, and remains on the cutting edge for new and innovative ways to serve.
