About Us
NAMI - Vermont provides support, education & advocacy to improve the quality of life for over 40,000 Vermonters who live with serious mental illness. We assist family members, friends and individuals living with mental illness in finding the services and support they need. We also educate family members and professionals on the types, causes & treatment of mental illness, and advocate for improvements in Vermont's mental health system of care. We offer local support groups, classes and telephone assistance throughout Vermont. All our services are free and confidential.
