Family Services of Montgomery County, PA

Family Services is a multi-service, non-profit organization that has been serving residents of Montgomery County, Pennsylvania since 1900. We currently have two branch offices in Pottstown and Norristown as well as a satellite location in Cheltenham. The mission of Family Services is to improve the lives of people in Montgomery County, PA by providing a comprehensive array of human services. We serve over 12,179 residents of Montgomery County annually through a variety of programs for children, families, and seniors. 

Family Services has a long-standing reputation in Montgomery County for providing responsive and quality services for high-risk populations. Every program is fully aligned with Family Services’ mission, and has been designed to drive one or more of Family Services’ agency-wide goals which include: 1) People will have improved life prospects; 2) Families will function adaptively; 3) Clients will reduce risks to achieving and maintaining self-sufficiency. Client progress toward these goals is measured through agency database and data systems which provides management, supervisors and staff with data to inform and enhance client services as well as make more informed programmatic and budgeting decisions.
