Provided mediation training to volunteers in the community so that the people of Charles County can help resolve their own conflict. Provided FREE mediation to the community to help resolve the many forms of conflicts in the community, e.g. between individuals, business and individual, neighbors, child parent, relationships, co-workers, boss employee and many others)
