    Founded in 1975, we are a state-wide organization serving thousands of diverse ethnic refugee and immigrant communities in Chicagoland and DuPage County. Our primary mission is to foster unity and solidarity among Vietnamese people in Illinois, while building community empowerment within all communities we serve. Our programs include senior homecare, family resettlement and citizenship assistance, civic engagement, youth programming, adult education and mutual aid.
