About Us
Earth Angels is a 501(c)(3) non-profit canine rescue and adoption organization established to rescue homeless and abandoned dogs from the New York state area. 90% of the dogs we rescue are from the South Bronx. Earth Angels was founded by Emelinda Narvaez, a New Yorker with a big heart, determined to make a difference in the lives of the many mistreated dogs she witnessed.
