NKY MLK Day of Service

The NKY MLK Day of Service exists to honor the legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. by bringing together individuals, families, schools, faith communities, and organizations across Northern Kentucky for a day of service, unity, and impact. Our mission is to inspire 200 volunteers—both members and non-members—to engage in hands-on projects that strengthen our communities, support local nonprofits, and build connections across neighborhoods. By serving side by side, we embody Dr. King’s vision of a beloved community where justice, compassion, and love are put into action.

Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in Crestview Hills, KY is a welcoming ELCA congregation rooted in grace, faith, and service. All are welcome to come as they are and experience God’s love.
