    Just Who I Am Inc mission is to restore families impacted by the foster care system through holistic, trauma-informed, culturally responsive services and advance prevention initiatives that foster and sustain healthy, violence-free communities. The success of our organization is based solely on what we raise through fundraisers as well as sponsorships that allow us the opportunity to hold events with our future leaders.

    About Us

    The purpose of Just Who I Am is to provide a platform for foster youth to learn how to use their experiences to mold them into unashamed, strong, and successful leaders in society. Through panels and beauty & self-esteem workshops Just Who I Am will show foster youth can they can overcome stereotypes. We have started by providing safe, fun, and educational spaces for the youth to come and express themselves and know that they are not confined by the situation that they were born into. However, the goal is for Just Who I Am. Inc. to be able to house foster youth that have aged out of the foster system and have nowhere to turn. As the president, I have seen first-hand the need for housing to prevent homelessness.
