Democracia USA

Democracia USA is a non-partisan, national Hispanic civic engagement program that seeks to increase the prominence and participation of Hispanics in the American political process through empowerment, leadership training, civic participation, and community organizing. We believe in the power of the community and see Family as the foundation that connects all of us as Americans. We demonstrate the integrity of our efforts through sustainable programs, strict accountability standards, and a commitment to hiring and developing staff from the communities they work. We strive to provide Hispanics with hope for their future as participants in this Democracy, and work towards garnering respect and political power for Hispanic Americans across this country. We are committed to preserving and enjoying our cultures, while contributing to the fabric of this nation.
