Who are we?

Sigma Lambda Gamma (SLG) is a sisterhood of nearly 10,0000 members - including undergraduate and alumnae. Our mission is to provide opportunities for lifelong empowerment to our members, thereby positively influencing the global community. As pioneers in the fraternal world, SLG continually strives to be a premier organization committed to empowering all women through the development and implementation of innovative programming initiatives. 

Our stance on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

SLG was founded thirty years ago to create a safer space for women of color and to ignite social change on our campuses and within our organizations. SLG stands against racism and hate in all its forms. By joining SLG, all of our members and entities pledge themselves to be culturally aware and practice morals and ethics in their daily lives.
