    About Us

What is the Mentoring For Success program?

A school-based mentoring program that provides students with highly qualified and effective mentors who engage students in asset-building activities to build skills for school success, improved attendance, and high self-esteem.

How does Mentoring For Success work?

Volunteer mentors meet one-to-one with students on campus weekly for 60 minutes. Mentors receive training, match support, and monthly activities suggestions to nurture match relationships and improve connection. The program focuses first on developing a consistent and trusting relationship. Matches establish this mutual trust and connection by engaging in a variety of enriching, goal directed, and fun activities!
