ARROYO SECO FOUNDATION

  • Mission

Preserving our watersheds and native species through advocacy, community involvement, and restoration.

    About Us

The Arroyo Seco Foundation is a community-based 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to championing Southern California's most celebrated canyon, the Arroyo Seco, and promoting the use of California native plants in our landscape.

The activities of the Arroyo Seco Foundation enable local residents and businesses to become directly involved in the protection and restoration of the Arroyo Seco.

The Foundation also operates Hahamongna Native Plant Nursery in Pasadena, California, where we propagate native plants, and offer them for sale to the public. The nursery is tucked away in the Hahamongna Watershed Park, not far from the NASA JPL. We propagate high-quality native plants for habitat restoration, conservation, and home gardens.
